Pink Humpback Salmon
Pink salmon are often referred to as humpback salmon because the male pink salmon develops a large hump on his back during the spawning season.

They are some of the smallest of the pacific salmon, with average sizes of 3-5 lbs. and can grow up to 12 lbs. The fry move to the ocean soon after emerging, so they spawn in the fall in areas close to the coast.
